3. Professional Package
Professional Package – ₹37,777
Includes:
10 Job Postings
Access to Verified Coach Profiles
Full Compliance Documentation
Coach Shortlisting Features
Priority Phone & Email Support (24 Hours)
No refund shall be available once:
The package has been activated.
Any job listing has been published.
Candidate profiles have been accessed.
Compliance documentation has been delivered.
Recruitment tools have been utilized.
Support services have been initiated.
4. Enterprise Package
Enterprise Package – ₹37,777
Includes:
Unlimited Job Postings
Access to Verified Coach Profiles
Custom Compliance Package
Interview Scheduling Support
Dedicated Phone & Email Support (24 Hours)
Due to the customized and service-oriented nature of the Enterprise Package, all Enterprise purchases are strictly non-refundable once:
Onboarding has commenced.
Candidate access has been granted.
Compliance services have been initiated.
Interview scheduling support has been provided.
Recruitment assistance has begun.
5. Eligible Refund Circumstances
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Transactions
If a customer is charged multiple times for the same package due to a verified technical error, the duplicate payment amount may be refunded.
Failed Service Activation
If payment has been successfully received but Prime Sports Coach Hub is unable to activate the purchased package due to a technical fault and the service cannot be provided.
Unauthorized Transactions
Verified unauthorized transactions may be reviewed subject to payment gateway verification, banking confirmation, and applicable legal requirements.
6. Non-Refundable Situations

7. Package Validity
All package benefits, including job postings, profile access, compliance support, and recruitment tools, must be utilized within the validity period assigned to the purchased package.
Unused benefits shall not be eligible for refund, transfer, exchange, or cash conversion.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, users may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but shall not entitle the user to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
