Users may cancel future use of the package at any time.

However, once any of the following actions have occurred, the package shall be considered activated and utilized:

  • Job posting has been published.

  • Candidate profiles have been accessed.

  • Verification reports have been generated.

  • Shortlisting features have been used.

No cancellation-based refund shall be available after activation.

3. Professional Package Cancellation

Professional Package – ₹37,777

Includes:

  • 10 Job Postings

  • Access to Verified Coach Profiles

  • Full Compliance Documentation

  • Coach Shortlisting Features

  • Priority Phone & Email Support

Cancellation requests may be submitted prior to package activation.

Once any recruitment service, profile access, compliance documentation, or support activity has commenced, cancellation will not result in any refund or credit.

4. Enterprise Package Cancellation

Enterprise Package – ₹37,777

Includes:

  • Unlimited Job Postings

  • Access to Verified Coach Profiles

  • Custom Compliance Package

  • Interview Scheduling Support

  • Dedicated Phone & Email Support

Due to the customized nature of Enterprise services, cancellation requests must be submitted before onboarding or service commencement.

Once recruitment support, compliance services, candidate access, or interview scheduling assistance has begun, the package cannot be cancelled for a refund.

5. Subscription Renewal Cancellation

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, users may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation:

  • Future recurring payments will stop.

  • Current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the existing billing period.

  • No partial refund will be issued for unused subscription periods.

6. Cancellation Request Procedure

To request cancellation, users must contact Prime Sports Coach Hub in writing and provide:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Payment disputes arise.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate action.

Such actions shall not entitle the user to a refund.
